All our teams, including monitoring operators, customer service agents, sales advisors and technicians are here to ensure the protection of your home or business. Our monitoring centre remains open and fully operational 24/7.

Onsite visits
Our sales advisors and technicians are following strict hygiene guidelines put forth by the government and will not attend your residence or place of business if they are experiencing symptoms of illness, if they have come in contact with someone experiencing symptoms or if they have travelled in the last few weeks. Similarly, should you or anyone else in your household meet these same criteria, we ask that you rebook your appointment to ensure the health and safety of our employees. If you are unable to rebook an appointment before our employee arrives at your home or business, please notify them before they enter, so that they avoid going in. We will then rebook your appointment.
